General Manager Duties: To plan, lead and execute the smooth delivery of all operations within the venue and ensure the highest levels of customer service at all time Responsible for managing the daily operations of all outlets, including coffee bars, self-service and full service restaurants, kitchen, hospitality and events Making sure we are meeting the standards required by the client To ensure a 5* service is always delivered Motivate and lead by example, ensuring you and your team have fun at work and are proud of your efforts Proficiency with numbers, understanding budgets, recognising opportunities to manage costs while growing sales.
